About RecruitAid
RecruitAid was not built from a business plan. It was built from experience.
Our Story
During her national youth service, our founder sat through session after session where speakers told graduates there were no corporate jobs left and that they should lower their expectations. She refused to accept it. About a year later, under the mentorship of a seasoned business consultant, she began doing the work herself, and gave it a name, RecruitAid, in 2015.
For years RecruitAid grew quietly, serving small business owners and building a reputation long before the paperwork caught up. In 2025 the practice was formally registered as RecruitAid Business Advisory, and in 2026 it was incorporated as a limited company, RecruitAid Business Advisory Limited. The registration is recent. The experience behind it is not.
What We Do, and Why
We exist to close a gap that costs everyone.
RecruitAid Business Advisory bridges the distance between businesses and the right talent, and between talented people and the roles they deserve. We help organisations build structured, well-run systems, and we help professionals become genuinely employable. What began as quiet, behind-the-scenes support has grown into a firm with structure, clarity and purpose.
Mission and Vision
Our Mission
To close the gap between businesses and the right talent, and between capable people and the roles they deserve. We help organisations build the structure that sustains growth, and we help professionals build the readiness that gets them chosen.
Our Vision
To build structured organisations while developing future-ready talent, so that good businesses and good people find each other more often.
From the Founder’s Desk
RecruitAid exists for two people I understand well: the business trying to grow without the right structure, and the professional trying to be seen. I have stood on both sides of that gap, and I have spent my career learning how to close it. This is not borrowed theory. It is the work I have chosen, and I am proud to put my name to it.

What We Stand For
-
Structure: We believe most people problems are structure problems wearing a disguise, and structure is where we start.
Clarity: Whether we are advising a board or guiding a professional, our job is to remove the confusion and make the complicated doable.
Fairness: We serve organisations and professionals alike, and we hold the gate open for both.
Excellence: We treat every engagement, large or small, as work that carries our name.
